Manhattan Beach is one of the most charming towns in the US, and you will be able to walk to all of it. This newly remodeled very spacious apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach, incredible restaurants, grocery shopping, boutiques and the fabulous MB Creamery. You will park your car and never want to leave. Sun comes in throughout the day. New hardwoods and a newly remodeled bathroom will be having you call your friends to tell them about the steal you found in Manhattan Beach. This is not a home we live in and move out of whenever it's reserved. It is strictly a vacation home, and designed specifically to be a great destination.

You will have a coveted parking spot right in town (PLEASE NOTE - A LARGE SUV WILL NOT FIT IN THE PARKING SPOT) There is also a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Fios TV and the internet will meet all your technology needs. We have boogey boards, beach towells and even umbrellas.

This is an apartment to relax in, either with friends or your family. Absolutely no parties whatsoever, or loud noise. Please respect the neighbors.

Note that the unit is on a second story and that it is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Check in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Keyless entry with an individual code for each guest for optimal safety.

4 night minimum peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day and Christmas Break)
A $500 check for possible damage is required. It will not be cashed and will be torn up after check-out. Or, you can purchase a $49 insurance policy.
We do not do long term rentals of more than 3 weeks.

Perfect for College Tours

My son and I arrived in LA to look at colleges. It was difficult to decide where to stay but by chance we booked this apartment. It exceeded our expectations and after long days driving it was really nice to come back, park the car and walk. It was very convenient to all of the schools (including one in San Diego) as access was easy to multiple highways. Wonderful beach, restaurants, shops (including a grocery store) just steps away.

My only concerns for others renting this (although we lucked out), 1) the parking spot is really tiny (a Yaris was all that was on the lot and I was thrilled after seeing the parking...even at that it took some 5 point turns to get it into the spot...but there does not seem to be any parking anywhere nearby so be warned), 2) if you had toddlers (unless you brought a childproof gate for the entry stairs), 3) Living room sitting is best for 3 adults, great for the 2 of us but 4 would have been snug.

The place is clean, well-maintained, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend this.

SUPER CHARMING AND PERFECT FOR US!

We had a quick trip to Manhattan Beach with our two children. The owner was so responsive and great to work with. We LOVED this place and the location. Close to everything....The place feels wonderful and the upgrades are great- they did a terrific job. We can't wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone!

This vaction rental was perfect. The home was clean, well maintained and the location was great. It is within walking distance to many deliecious restaurants, shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Had yummy food at the Strand House, Kettles, and pitfire pizza right down the street.

We recently stayed here over the Christmas break with our 3 yr old and it was a perfect stay. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and more than a perfect location. Very clean, organized and stocked with all the necessities. Allisen was quick to respond with all our questions and emails and we definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Condo Rental- Fantastic Location!

We were thrilled- the directions to the condo (including how to park) we perfect and helpful. The code got us right in the door and we were thrilled to find the condo to be clean, updated, charming and spacious. But what's the most important thing? Location! It is right off the main Manhattan Beach main strip, so we could walk to wonderful shops, delicious restaurants, the grocery store, and of course, the beach!

The house had some surprising amenities- lots of great dvds for the kids, plenty of paper goods, and even a nice big bar of bath soap (new in the box of course).

We will plan another trip to CA soon and hope to again stay here- it was perfect!
