Luxury 800 Sq Ft Broadway Next to Times Sq (7) May 11-16 $150

This place is wonderful. Clean, very spacious, huge bedroom with walk-in closet. The location is 10 steps from the subway; the neighborhood is exciting, the apartment is quiet. The kitchen is functional, the bathroom is great, with lots of hot water. 5 people spent 4 nights here with no problems. Laura and Irina were great to work with.

My wife and I spent 5 nights in this apartment in February 2010. We were so impressed by what we saw on VRBO and the level of service from Laura and Irina that we recommended the apartment to our neighbours even before we stayed there. When we arrived at the apartment there were two things that impressed us immediately; the location and the size of the apartment. The bedroom and living room are much bigger than what they look in the photos on VRBO. The kitchen and bathroom are more than adequate and there is plenty of cupboard space. All bathroom needs are supplied and there was even some non perishable food items in the kitchen. The location was perfect, Herald Square subway station is 10 meters from the front door of the building. The Empire State Building dominates the view from the bedroom window (it's on the same block) and Macy's is right across the road. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and will stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to this fabulous city.

We stayed here in November as part of our 7 week vacation accross the USA. we were in new York for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Irina and Laura were so accomodating. we felt very much at home and would highly recommend this apartment to any aussies or international tourists.
