This spacious top floor 1 bedroom apartment on the exclusive Nissi 3 development just 300m from Nissi Beach.

The apartment comes complete with everything you will need for a self catering holiday in Cyprus. There is a veranda with patio furniture where you can dine al fresco in the warm Cypriot climate.

Inside you will find twin beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area.

In the living area there is a TV to play DVDs, dining room table and four chairs a two sofas for your comfort.
