Constructed in 2007, these two apartments offer spacious accommodation for four to six people with spectacular views of Tiros bay, the island of Spetses and the surrounding cypress and olive covered mountains. They are situated just 150m from the sea and amenities of Tiros village. They both offer large verandas or stone-clad patios where you can relax and take in the wonderful views, or enjoy alfresco dining with a sea view. They have all amenities, including full air-conditioning and central heating, as well as retractable mosquito nets on all doors and windows. They also offer off-road parking. The apartments are managed professionally by 'Complete Home Care' Property Management Services (chc.gr).

The maisonette contains a large living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and french windows leading to a covered veranda perfect for alfresco dining with a sea view. On this storey there is also a twin bedroom holding two single beds, one of which can be stored below the other in the event of single occupancy, and a W/C. On the lower floor there is a very large master bedroom with double bed, which is separated by a partition from a second lounge area which houses a full size double sofa bed. Leading from this floor is a door to the lower patio veranda again with a sea view, which is ideal for sunbathing surrounded by colourful potted plants. The lower level has a large family shower room.

The apartment is within an easy walk to two different beaches: the one of the village of Tiros itself (5 mins), and that of Tigani (10 mins), which is possibly the most beautiful beach of the area. Many more beaches are within 10 min drive. The small town of Tiros has all amenities, bank, post office, pharmacy, and a small health centre. Many more traditional villages by the sea are within a short drive, as are many picturesque mountain villages. The local area is one of great natural beauty, full of trails with stunning views over the sea, gorges, mountain tops and even small rivers with water-falls. There is boat connection to the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros. Historic sites such as Monemvasia, Mystras, Sparta, Nafplion, Mani, Mycenae, Epidavros are all within 2 hr drive.
