Our A/C also controls the heating throughout the house, but most rooms also have individual fans. We have baby/toddler items including travel cot, highchair, and retractable, safety fence for the pool. The pool has a heater that may be used, but an additional charge will be made for this.

There are ample parking spaces at the front of the house.

We have once again recently upgraded and renewed many items in our home to make you stay very special. We provide a full Guest Information Book at the house to help you get to know our home, all we ask of you is that you treat our home as if it was your own and we greatly appreciate your help in doing this.

Encantada is sited off the US 192 road, along here are literally 100's of shops and restaurants. A 10 minute walk from the house there is a 7/11 convenience store with petrol, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut, Bruno's Italian and Houlihans bar and restaurant.

2 minutes drive along the 192 there is an enormous Super Target selling absolutely everything and more!!

If you prefer Walmart our nearest one is about 5 minutes drive from the house, along the I27.

Many of the local shops have ATM machines inside and Walmart often have bank branches in them.

Tickets for many attractions are sold everywhere and many discount vouchers for these, as well as for local eateries and restaurants can be picked up locally, including at the Encantada clubhouse where there are many offers available.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid with your confirmation of booking. We can accept payment with Pay Pal or personal cheque. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your departure. Late and long term booking discounts are available. We are also happy to offer discounts to longer 'snow bird' winter bookings for sun seekers.
