The turn-of-the-century building offers five newly renovated flats -- four spacious two-bedroom flats and a large one-bedroom penthouse -- in the heart of Beyoglu with its excellent selection of cafes, bars, clubs, shops & galleries. These apartments are perfect for those who want to be in the center of the city and enjoy all Istanbul has to offer. We offer a very well priced alternative to hotel accommodation for an Istanbul City Break Holiday or for a business trip. All our apartments have hard-wood floors, high ceilings, original plaster molding, kilims and Ottoman calligraphy and miniatures. All apartments have a galley kitchen which has a marble counter top and is equipped with a dishwasher (except for the Penthouse), small refrigerator, 4 gas burners, microwave,toaster, coffeemaker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary dishes and kitchen equipment. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, drying rack, iron & ironing board.

Aysel Three is an inviting two-bedroom third floor apartment for up to 6 people. The flat is composed of a spacious foyer, a corner living/dining room with double sofabed, a large double bedroom with a wardrobe; a small bedroom with a single bed (a second bed pulls out from underneath) & desk; a bathroom with shower as well as a guest WC off the hallway; and a galley kitchen and laundry room at the back.

Aysel Apartments are located 1 block from Istiklal Caddesi, the city's liveliest pedestrian avenue which is lined with grand 19Th century buildings, very close to Istanbul's Taksim Square in the heart of Beyoglu district. This is the prime shopping district of Istanbul. The Metro stop is a short walk away and we have a view of the French Consulate Church. The ground floor of the building has a nice Turkish Restaurant called 'Deep'. The owner can deliver delicious meals to your apartment.

    For stays of 5 nights or less, add a €uro 25 cleaning charge.
    For stays of 8 nights or longer, 5% discount.
    Rates based on 4 people; additional charge for 2 more persons €uro 15 per person per night.
    Airport Transfers: 30 EUR from Ataturk; 55 EUR from Sabiha Gokcen for up to 6 people; 45 EUR and 70 EUR respectively for 7-12 people.
    Please enquire as to availability as this changes all the time. We will respond within 12 hours maximum.
    The following services are available but at an extra cost; please enquire: DVD Players, Broadband Internet Access and Baby Chairs & Cots.
  • ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
    Guests must inform us in advance of their arrival details to arrange a meeting to provide you with your keys. We can arrange airport transport services from both airports; please enquire. Guests arriving earlier than 9 am or later than 5 pm (17:00) must order the airport pickup service as the driver will have the key to the apartment and help you in. Normal check-in times are 4 pm (16:00) and check-out is 11 am although we do our utmost to accommodate the individual needs of our guests. We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving early in the day but cannot guarantee access to the property before 4 pm (16:00). We can also arrange to meet guests at the train station, central bus station or ferry terminal.
  • There is no penalty for changing the dates of your booking, subject to availability, as long the change is made 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellations for any reason 4 weeks or more before the scheduled arrival date receive a refund of their deposit less a 100 euro cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date will be charged the entire rental fee for the reserved period. Guests who depart before the scheduled date are charged the tariff for the entire rental period.
