Poor Service

Visited Aysel apartment 3 for three days. The service from the airport was very poor to start of, unable to locate the person to pick us up that was arranged prior, which we paid 30 euros. Waited around for 20 minutes with children until husband looked around and located the female. Greeted us with no smile but frustrations and with no customer services skills. Secondly at the apartment, did not except the stairs to be difficult to go up especially with children and luggages to carry. The lights also went out automatically whilst still climbing upstairs. Overcharged us for return airport transfers when we only selected a oneway. Waited around to pick up rest of money, but noone came until last day, did not want to be charged on credit card. Contact numbers turned off most times, and no complimentary coffee and tea, for the money paid. Only good thing, beds were comfortable and location is good. Recommendatios please do not take children and for the owners to employ staff with good customer services skills.
