Welcome to Ariel Dunes at Seascape! Ariel Dunes 1 is the first of two twin luxury high-rise condominiums, the newest additions to the renown Seascape Resort. The entire property encompasses over 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, tennis, multiple swimming pools, bike rentals, water sports rentals, and the locals favorite, award-winning Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill. A second casual restaurant is on property and a third is within a 5 minute walk.
As one approaches the main entrance to Ariel Dunes on Scenic Blvd, the most striking feature is the 2000 feet of the famed sugar-white sand. Many activities are available from relaxing in a chair under an umbrella, to a pick-up game of volleyball to para-sailing or wave running.
Or, if entering the property from the main US 98 Hwy, the road winds through the manicured greens and water features of the 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course. In addition, guests have the same discounted access to the gorgeous Emerald Bay Golf Club, located directly on Choctawhatchee Bay. Designed by prestigious architect Bob Cupp, former chief designer for Jack Nicklaus, this 18-hole championship course is Destin’s best golf.
In addition to offering two of Destin's most popular golf courses, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted tennis courts, on-site tennis lesson and pro shop.
Because Ariel Dunes 1 at Seascape is in Miramar Beach, there are few highrises on the Gulf side of the road, generally meaning a great view from the long paved path that runs for miles along Scenic Gulf Blvd. The resort is centrally located within one mile of the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall and only minutes from the fine restaurants along the Destin Harbor and the shops and entertainment at Baytown Wharf. Even the charming villages of Scenic 30-A are within a short drive.
This 12th floor unit maximizes your views and minimizes your time to your favorite activity from its location in the middle of the building. Too high and the view is the antennae and tar covered roof of other buildings; too low and the view is parking garages and concrete walls. But from here, a large stretch of the Gulf of Mexico and the famous bright white sand are visible from both the living room and the master bedroom, and the entrance walkway overlooks The Golf Course at Seascape. The elevator is nearby, ensuring a convenient trip down to begin the day of golf, tennis or at the beach.
The unit has been completely upgraded and placed back on the market. The walls are freshly painted and all the furniture in every room is new and designed for your comfort and beach resort feel. The kitchen, with granite counter tops, includes all new dishes, pots and pans and every utensil needed whether you are making snacks for the kids or preparing a feast for 10.
The living room includes a queen sleeper and features a 46” flat screen HDTV with a DVD player and an assortment of DVDs. The love seat is situated for a perfect view of the Gulf through the wide set of 8 feet tall sliding glass doors. A dining room table that can seat either 4 or 6 is placed between the kitchen and living area and affords a view as well. A couple of fun tropical themed swivel stools add seating at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and a 32” flat screen HDTV with a DVD player. Additionally the 8 foot tall sliding glass door invites you to sit and enjoy the beach view. A private bath includes two sinks, a separate shower and a garden tub for a relaxing soak.
The second bedroom features two twin beds and a 22” HDTV with built in DVD player. The second bathroom has an entrance to the main room but also includes a separate entrance to the second bedroom.
Ariel Dunes at Seascape is the rare affordable beachfront resort that features all the popular amenities. And a just refurbished unit with all new furniture, an amazing view, and great specials is the place to stay!
I've dreamed of having a place at the beach since I was a teenager, and was able to make my dream come true in 2012. I looked at a number of different beaches all across the Southeast, but I kept returning to the Emerald Coast. The clear water, the sugar white sand, the whole lifestyle kept drawing me back and the fact that its so convenient to where I live in Atlanta and where my relatives and friends are in Tallahassee, Birmingham and Huntsville made it the ideal choice.
Once I had narrowed my choice down to the Emerald Coast, I began looking for a property with a great view but was located in area that felt more like a town; oh and by the way had to fit my budget! This was not an easy task but when I discovered Ariel Dunes at Seascape, I had a feeling right away that this was going to be it.
My unit has a sweeping view, including the Gulf and white beaches which does include some other buildings. But when walking or jogging or biking on the wide paved sidewalk adjacent to the beach road, it's like being in a small seaside town with a mixture of houses, condos and beach side restaurants.
What's most unique about this area is that you're in the middle of everything yet it seems like you've completely escaped from the real world. Three restaurants are within walking distance and two huge pools are at the building; with gold and tennis onsite you'll never need to leave. But if you do leave one of the most famous shopping destinations in northern Florida is literally a mile away. And a number of well known restaurants and all kinds of boating activities are just down the road along the Destin Harbor or the Bay.
