There is plenty of room for the whole family, and the property includes 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and a bunk bed - as well as a day bed and a fold out roll-away bed for extra guests. In the living room there is an oversized sectional sofa and the dining room has seating for 8-10.
Situated only 4 properties away from the Northwoods Clubhouse, it is an ideal retreat for families looking for some “on site” activities for the kids. Simply head out back and make the 2 minute stroll across to the neighboring clubhouse swimming pool (with water slide), interactive playroom, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pit, tennis courts and huge outdoor playground - or relax at one of the many seating areas dotted throughout the grounds.
Family meals are a breeze, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. And there is also a family-size BBQ on your large private tree top balcony. But, if you are looking for a hassle-free meal, then check out the kid-friendly clubhouse restaurant next door, or visit one of the many fabulous restaurants in old and new town Truckee.
In the summer, there is an abundance of things to do and see in and around Truckee and nearby Tahoe City. For instance you can hike, bike, ATV, river raft, Jet Ski or rent a boat.
Although, with the condo rental, you also have access to all the Tahoe Donner Association guest amenities listed above, as well as the private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake, the premier Tahoe Donner Golf Course, the Equestrian Center and the Trout Creek Recreation Center (with its state of the art fitness center, sauna, steam rooms, hot tubs and additional swimming pools). NOTE: This top floor condo is one of only four units and, as such, is very private and peaceful. The unit includes a one-car garage, but there is also an additional parking spot if you need to bring two vehicles. The condo is Wi-Fi enabled.
NO PETS are allowed as the owner’s children are allergic.
Base Rates (May-October):
2 nights = $189 per night
3-6 nights = $159 per night
7 + nights = $150 per night
Base Rates (November-April):
2 nights = $215 per night
3-6 nights = $179 per night
7 + nights = $170 per night
National Holiday Rates:
$230/night (3 night minimum). For stays longer than 3 nights, the applicable standard rate will be applied to night 4 onward.
Additional Charges:
$250 refundable security deposit
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee
10% Truckee Occupancy Tax (applied to nightly rate)
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 30 days for a full refund. Any cancellations after that will result in us keeping ½ of the rental fee.
