BEAUTIFUL VICTORIAN FLAT IN HEART OF THE CASTRO

I work for a prominent silicon valley company, which allows me to pick temporary housing as I relocate to the bay area. This flat has been more than ideal for my situation. The shuttle bus for work is just a block away, and it's location has been amazing for all our needs! I stayed in the flat for 2 months as I searched through the difficult rental market of San Francisco. Can't recommend this flat enough if you are re-locating and need corporate housing!

Description and reviews are pretty accurate - it's indeed great. Kitchen is fully loaded, Mollie Stone's feets away and pretty much everything else is just around some corner. In addition to the reviews: great for corporate housing as many of the shuttles to the bay area are close (5-10min walking towards Dolores). There's a great children recreation center & playground in front in case you come with kids. Fast internet access and a very friendly and responsive owner. If Castro is your SF destination then this is probably the best one.

We stayed in this flat for a weekend in December and loved everything about it. It's tastefully furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen - it has everything a cook could need or want. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living area is so comfortable. But the best thing about it is the location - a quiet street in the heart of the Castro. Everything you could want or need is steps away - groceries, coffee, every kind of restaurant imaginable, shops and bars. And when you're ready to venture out to the rest of The City, public transport is right there. The subway will whish you to Union Square or the Financial District in 10 min or less. Multiple bus lines will put you in Noe Valley for The Mission in the same time. And the trolley line to the Ferry Building and Fishermans Wharf starts in The Castro. You absolutely do not need a car if you are staying here. On top of everything, Owen is a great host, very easy and pleasant to work with. And he lives just a few blocks away. Highly recommend this flat for an SF holiday.
