The apartment has been completely renovated, top floor, very quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, located close to the Bois de Vincennes (Daumesnil lake ) it allows for sport or long walks around the lake or in the forest. The metro (line 8) and buses are 200m. The center of Paris is within 30 minutes by Metro.

From the apartment one can easily combine trips to Disneyland and visits to Paris. The area of "Porte Dorée" is very nice. It has many shops and restaurants. The equipment of the apartment is brand new, high quality, solid wood floor, hi-fi, large flat screen TV, internet broadband access and Wifi. Most of the openings of doors equipped with electric shutters. They overlook the two terraces (45 square meters) or balconies. Distributed in three directions which is southeast and south-west they bring a unique light throughout the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity the Bois de Vincennes provides access to many outdoor activities. The "Parc Floral" is easily accessible. It has many rare plants, temporary exhibitions, cafes and restaurants and offers many play activities for children. The "Foire du Trône" stands nearby (takes place once a year).
