A 7 minute walk will take you to Prospect Park and the heart of Park Slope featuring the best restaurants and cafes in Brooklyn. This is a NON SMOKING ONLY apartment and is fully-equipped with new furniture and linens, eat-in kitchen (seats 4), private bathroom,42 inch flat screen TV with HD direcTV, free WI-FI access, mobile with unlimited phone calls in the US.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Note: $75 cleaning fee
    $250 booking deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards rent.
    The full rental amount is due upon arrival in cash or US postal money order
  • Paypal accepted for booking deposit, you can pay with eCheck, debit or credit card through Paypal..
    The base rate is for up two 2 guests. If up to 4 guests are staying the rate is $75 extra per guest per week. Holiday rates vary (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
    There is a $250 booking deposit required for reservation. You can pay with credit card (Paypal)
    The remainder balance is due upon arrival, this can be paid by US postal money order or cash.
    Upon arrival your booking deposit will convert to a fully refundable $250 security/damage deposit.
    This is refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages sustained to property.
    If you or someone staying smoke, you will loose your security deposit.
    This will require me to change all the drapes and even sanitize the rugs, sofa and chair.
    Apartment is equipped with cigarette smoke detector.
    Three or more weeks booking receive discounted rates except summer peak season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. It is very close to the subway, restaurants and shops of Park Slope. Joe was very helpful and we would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely Appartment!

My partner and I stayed in this appartment in April 2009. It was in an excellent location, just a minute from the subway stop, only taking about 20 minutes into Manhatten. There were great shops and restaurants within walking distance and the neighbourhood felt safe.
The appartment was small but perfectly adequate for our needs - it was very clean and tidy and has everything you need to make your own food. Joe was very friendly and helped us with anything we were unsure about. I would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone going to New York - it really isn't worth spending so much more money to stay in Manhatten.

Wir haben 10 Tage im Oktober 2009 in diesem Appartment verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alle Kochutensilien sind vorhanden, sogar Internetanschluss (sehr hilfreich in New York!), Fernseher und ein Handy für Ortsgespräche. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die nähere Umgebung sind angenehm ruhig, man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen, ich weiss nicht, ob das in Manhattan geht! U-Bahn mit Direktverbindung Line R nach Manhattan und ein Supermarkt sind 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr schöne Strassenzüge in Brooklyn und der Prospect Park sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Brooklyn ist sehr angenehm als Wohngegend, da gut erreichbar und deutlich ruhiger und preiswerter als Manhattan. Als wir uns über die Kühle beschwerten (wir hatten leider einen Kälteeinbruch und die Wohnung war noch nicht geheizt), hat sich der Vermieter sofort gekümmert.
Insgesamt sehr seriöse, angenehme und solide Ferienwohnung, wir würden sie noch einmal buchen!
