Our one bedroom suite is approximately 800 square feet--small enough to be cozy but large enough to have everything you'll need. It has:

-one full bath (large shower)

-spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed

-efficiency kitchen (stove top, small refrigerator, microwave)

-blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

-living/dining area

-cable tv

-wifi

-warm floor heat

-air conditioning

-private covered porch

The suite does not have its own washer/dryer, but for extended stays we are more than happy to let you use these appliances in the main house.

We have lived in the Asheville area for over 30 years and are still in love with both the mountains and the city. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventure or fun in the city we can help to steer you in the right direction.

This cozy vacation getaway is in a perfect location for enjoying everything that Asheville has to offer. We are minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Bent Creek (Pisgah National Forest). So if you are coming to the mountains because of the mountains, this is the perfect place for you. Downtown Asheville is a destination of its own as well, and it is just a short drive (10-15 minutes) to the heart of this vibrant city. Whether you are here to see the Biltmore House, shop downtown,or find some great food and music, our location is ideal.

While close to all of the great things that make Asheville so interesting our place is located in a quiet and beautiful setting, open to the sky, yet surrounded by trees.

Great Getaway just outside Asheville!

Being a rental owner too,we were pleased to find this property just as described.The apartment is nicely furnished, well maintained,very clean, warm and cozy-a plus in the winter time. It's perfect for two and our little dog was happy too! We found it easy to access, close to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and the Parkway. A great place to kick back and relax for a long weekend, in addition to the owners being on site and helpful.

Weekend Escape

We had a lovely weekend away in Asheville. Our trip was based around running the many trails at Bent Creek. This fabulous apartment was nestled privately just a mile up the road from the arboretum and the trails. The apartment was so peaceful and private. After our morning runs, we were able to relax on the couches and swing in the hammock out back while reading books. Our dog enjoyed roaming around the backyard too. We cooked most of our meals in the cute kitchen but we did venture out once or twice. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It was such a wonderful, relaxing weekend away. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Cozy, very clean apartment with everything you need-perfect for a couple. Bob & Cindy were very accomodating & friendly yet respect your privacy. Lovely wooded property to roam, hammock & private patio area for enjoying the outdoors. 5 minutes to numerous restaurants (love Brioso in Biltmore Park!) movie theatre & shopping. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
