Villa Fengaraki is located in the Livadi plane around ten minutes drive from the bustling town of Lixouri, where you will find numerous restaurants and shops. There are three bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and a downstairs W.C. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with double wardrobes. The large kitchen/dining area is partitioned off from the lounge area with its feature fireplace and fabulous views over the Lixouri bay. A utility room house the dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The covered veranda offers shade during the hot summer months and the large patio area is ideal for outdoor cooking on the brick built barbeque. The infinity style pool overlooks the bay and on toward the mountains opposite.

Livadi is a beautiful nature reserve with many birds nesting here every year. The village of Livadi is walking distance away with a convenience store and coffee bar. You can reach the beach from a number of small village roads leading off the main road of Livadi. Petani beach is only around 15 minutes away and is similar to the famous Myrtos beach with is rolling waves and crystal clear waters. Lixouri town is the second largest town on Kefalonia and has all you will require during your stay from shops to tavernas and museums.The ferry boat runs regularly from Lixouri to the capital Argostoli and takes around 20 minutes to cross the bay. Lotus restaurant is a short stroll away from the villa where they serve a variety of traditional and international cuisine. The views across the bay are fabulous and changing as you watch the sailing boats and ferry moving around the area. Sailing is possible from Lixouri harbour. You can also go horse riding in the village of Agios Dimitrios.
