This seafront apartment is directly on Malta's longest and most prestigious waterfront. The apartment has a nice combined living and sitting room, which enjoys the views of this old fishing Village still full with traditional Maltese boats. In the balcony on can sip some wine and enjoy the world go by while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is brand new and the bedrooms are all air conditioned. The combined room enjoys a fresh sea breeze and had 2 fans. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and is served by lift. The apartment is close to all shops, Malta`s best and most romantic restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discos, ferries and cruise boats, and most tourist attractions. The bus stop is also in the same street.

excellent apartment in excellent location!

The apartment enjoys a lovely romantic view of the bay. Apartment was very very clean, fully equipped including free internet and satellite television. It is just as shown on the photos in the advert and those supplied by the owner when corresponding. The location is ideal as it is on the best road for bus transport in Malta. All restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc etc are within few meters from the apartment. we really enjoying walking along the promenade all the way up to Sliema.

We got a good impression of the owner from the first correspondence and kept being surprised by the prompt and professional service shown right till the end of our stay. It was our first time in Malta and really appreciated the tips and information given to us by the owner on arrival. We will surely be back!

We are full time on our properties and our main aim is always to provide our guests with a very clean and fully equipped apartment so guests will have a holiday to remember. We also give information and tips with regards to the best sightseeing places where the guests can go to.. We are at the guests disposal 24 hours a day.

Beautiful place and nice view

Everything was Ok and perfect. My family and I spent nice moments. The apartment has a nice view and it is very close from all places in St. Julians. I could do almost everything on foot. The best choice to stay, The owners are friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything that I was in need. I really recommend this place.

L'appartamento è confortevole e pratico, la vista dal balcone è fantastica; pur essendo in una via trafficata dentro casa non si sente quasi nulla. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, risolve gli eventuali problemi in brevissimo tempo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere la città e l'isola in tranquillità e relax.

Ottima posizione e molta disponibilità

L'appartamento ha un balcone con super vista sulla baia di St.Julian,quindi la posizione é centralissima (2 minuti dai locali di Paceville) e con tutto a portata di mano! La struttura in sé sembrava nuova,ma l'arredamento lasciava molto a desiderare cosi come la grandezza delle camere doppie,ma per ragazzi giovani come non ci sono problemi di adattamento! I proprietari sono molto disponibili e forniscono informazioni sul posto già all'arrivo e sono stati sempre presenti quando avevamo bisogno! Consiglio per chi viaggia in gruppo: non prendete l'appartamento con un solo bagno,é una gran perdita di tempo!

Amazing views and perfect location

Very nice apartment with beautiful views as in the pictures. Apartment is well kept, has all you need and very clean. Owner is very nice and helpful who greeted us on arrival. Location is just perfect and an ideal base to view the rest of the island. Close by there are shops, restuarants, We recommend the apartment and would love to stay with you again Neville!

The apartment is set on St Julians seafront, just 3 minutes walking from paceville, Malta`s undisputed best place for nigh life. The promenade is several km long and is in fact Malta`s longest promenade and stretches to Sliema and Gzira. So in the evening many choose it for walking and in the morning for jogging. Sliema is a very popular high class shopping centre, with many alfresco bars and restaurants. In Sliema there is a very important ferry spot where numerous boats of all kinds take tourists on various day or night cruises. St Julians was once a fishing village but now it is a highly developed cosmopolitan village that has managed to keep its charm and character. For swimming there is a long rocky cost and a nice Sandy beach (St George1s Bay)all at walking distance. The supermarket, McDonalds, Pizza hut, many restaurants and Ice cream shops, are all within few meters. The bus stop is in the same street and so visiting all the other tourist attractions are just a bus away

Golf: The The Royal Malta Golf Club, is situated in Marsa. The area is not touristy and there are no accommodation facilities within walking distance. Thus most golfers choose our seafront apartments in the heart of the best tourist areas.
