Some of the trails wind through the subdivision taking you to the swimming pools (one which is heated seasonally), 3 tennis courts, a clubhouse, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 racquetball courts, 4 saunas, and a fully-equipped nautilus room. Other trails provide a scenic route for renters and residents to walk to one of the nicest sandy beaches on the East Coast just less than 300 yards away!

Fun at amusement parks can be had at Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios in Orlando which are a quick 65 minute drive. Also, you might want to step back into history by visiting St Augustine, the nations oldest city, which is an hour north.
