We are Atlanta natives who have enjoyed having a second home in the mountains that is only a couple of hours from the city. We built this cottage as an investment property. This house is enjoyed by friends, family, groups from our church and many guests who return yearly.
Chuck Williams purchased this cottage in 2007
This house is unique in that the lower level is a separate one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Families enjoying having reunions but perhaps the grands would like a quiet space to 'escape.' The large living space inside adjoins the wraparound porch and makes for comfortable enjoyment of creature comforts indoors and out.
