Great property for a short or extended stay

If you are interested in a location within walking distance of Church Circle and Main Street downtown Annapolis, this is a great choice. Very comfortable accommodations with many recently updated amenities. I stayed at the apartment for 2.5 months. The fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances was great for cooking and there was ample space to relax in the living room. It was great to have wireless internet and cable television in the unit. Street parking was typically available right in front of the building; I never had to park more than 1 block away. The only downside I saw were the steep stairs to access the unit - not a problem for my family or I, but could be a consideration for some people.

Just as you said, everything downtown Annapolis has to offer is within walking distance, and parking is pretty easy in this neighborhood.
This apartment is on the 2nd floor. The stairs were newly carpeted about 6 months ago and there are hand rails on both sides of the stairs that run the full flight of the stairs. As you said in your review, the stairs are probably not an issue for most people.
