Very nice stay

Very nice apartment property and a kitchen with everything needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Great location and walking distance to downtown. Parking can be a problem, the stairs are very steep and the couch pullout mattress is uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great stay.

Owner's Response: Thank-you for your review of our vacation rental in the heart of Annapolis! I am glad that you found the kitchen to be accommodating to make your Thanksgiving dinner!

This apartment is located in the middle of the historic district of Annapolis. In this particular neighborhood you can usually find a parking space within 1 block of the building. There is a parking lot 1.5 blocks away for paid parking. The City of Annapolis also has several lots available, one of which is free parking on the weekends(by St. John's College).

This apartment is on the second floor of the building. The stairs are in very good condition with hand rails on both sides of the stairs, and they are newly carpeted. They are typical of older buildings in downtown Annapolis.

Pull out couches are usually not of typical "bed quality/comfort". The pull out couch in this apartment is in good condition, and is as good as you might find any pull out bed to be. There is a roll up memory foam pad in the closet that can be used for additional padding on the roll out bed. The memory foam roll up is about the size of a single bed, and we have had people use this for additional support. There are also plenty of extra blankets to help with comfort.

We try our best to make sure our guests are comfortable and have everything on hand for a pleasant stay!!

We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Annapolis. Parking was convenient nearby and the location made for an easy walk to downtown. The unit has been updated and appointed nicely. The apartment was extremely clean and kitchen was stocked very well with all the essentials. We are planning on staying here again and would highly recommend the property.

I rented this property for my siblings for one month prior to and following my wedding in July. Two adults and 3 children were able to stay in the apartment quite comfortably. It is well kept and in a great location walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants but still on a quiet street. I highly recommend this property!

This apartment has it all. The location is very easy walk to Market Square, it's stocked with everything you need (and more), the space is ample and clean, the price is reasonable, and the owners are very nice. We were more than happy with this gem and we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Annapolis.

I spent July and August in this apartment and enjoyed every minute. It was blocks from downtown and was a great space. There was ample room in the living room and bedroom for my belongings and the new kitchen appliances were a definite plus.
The owners were incredibly responsive and made the stay great. Thank you!
