This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has been renovated to be an upscale accomodation, and is comfortable enough for a family.
Within walking distance to everything Annapolis,
Old building charm with new renovations.
Lovely park 1/2 block away with water access.
Quiet residential neighborhood.
Clean, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. Very short walk to USNA, museums, boat docks, and shops in downtown Annapolis. Even walked to the grocery store! Quiet neighborhood. I liked the way the kitchen, living room, and bedroom are distinct rooms which maximize privacy and reduce noise while one is cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and remote control heat/ac. A great place I would definitely rent again!
Very nice, clean apartment. Quiet location and an easy walk to downtown and the Naval Academy. Parking (as in all of Annapolis) was a little bit of a challenge, but what's a trip if you aren't a little challenged.
Excellent rental - well decorated and current updates. VERY COMFORTABLE! Walking distance to everything in Historic Annapolis and the USNA.
We got to visit with our MIDN and he got to spend the weekend with us. Very relaxing and room for all.
We stayed here for 1 night during our recent "mini" vacation & would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was clean, very well maintained & included everything we needed. It was inviting, comfortable & felt like home. The owner was great to work with and promplty responded to any booking requests. We didn't have a need to make other requests.
Once you get there, you really don't need a car. There are plenty of things to do & see within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to come back again when we can stay a bit longer. We would absolutely recommend this property to family & friends.
Perfect. Well located. Walked to downtown waterfront. Walked to Westin in other direction. Great experience.
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is in the old Anapolis, and within easy reach of many of the sites to be seen, including the marina (we were there for the boat show), the high shopping street, and all required amenities. The apartment is comfortable, with all mod cons in the kitchen. Steep staircase up to apartment might preclude this from people who would struggle with this.
Located in Annapolis' historic district upscale neighborhood of Acton's Landing, this landmark building has been completely renovated. The apartment renovations were completed in 2012. This building is located 1/2 block from a water access park (water taxi access), and just blocks away from everything Annapolis' downtown has to offer.
Perfect for Naval Academy functions (parents weekends, homecoming, sporting events), boat shows, weekend getaways, or longer term rentals for business or pleasure.
Blocks away from the best downtown restaurants and shopping. Also blocks away from historic sights and museums.
Within walking distance to everything.
