Brand new two story vacation cabin located at the Bridges Bay Resort. Property is a fully furnished three bedroom/2 1/2 bath, and can sleep 10-12 people. Close proximity to the water park with 6 free daily passes included in your rental, outdoor pools, Bracco restaurant and swim up bar. Large flat sceen TV and DirecTV, two patios - one upper deck and one concrete patio great for using the furnished grill!

-washer/dryer located in unit for your use

-lots of windows

-large furnished kitchen and dining area

-SIX passes daily to the spectacular indoor water park as well as access to the large lagoon style outdoor pool featuring the area's only swim up pool bar

-Walking distance to Fantastic Braccos Waterfront Restaurant and the trendy Island Bar

-Walking distance to Lake Access and boat slips available to rent on a nightly basis (subject to availability)

-The resort has a kids arcade and an exercise facility for your use as well as a large outdoor play structure

-Walking distance to stocked fishing pond

Lovely home - boring town

Home was great - clean, new, very comfortable. Exactly as described.

Owners were responsive to all our questions.

The water park is closed during the week in the off season, so if that is important to you, you should call the resort to confirm the hours of operation before booking.

It was pretty hard to find anything interesting to do in town during the off season. We were hoping to bike, but the weather didn't cooperate. We had the bowling alley to ourselves...

The cabin was very nicely decorated and clean. All of the towels and bedding were very nice. We would have liked a way to clean the floor with a swiffer while we were there though. It was exactly as described in the listing. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded with any questions we had before our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental to someone else. We brought our 24foot boat and there is a nice lot on the property where you can drop off your trailer and boat. There is a nice public access to lake Okoboji just down the road. We can't wait to go back!

The listing was very accurate as listed. The only issue was not having a propane tank for the grill-we didn't feel paying for a tank then having to leave it there. I would definetly recommend this to others-it was just like being at home!

The cabin was brand new and was well suited for our family of 4 adults and 6 children. It came with waterpark passes at Bridges Bay Resort and the children really enjoyed that. Good location and the owner was very helpful w any questions we had.
