Ours is not a 'book the villa and then sort yourselves out experience'. In our price we include a 5 seater hire car, a meet and greet service that takes you to the front door, and shows you around the villa, and we also include the basics, loo paper, tea, coffee, soap etc, and we offer you a get yourself started shopping service (you pay for this on arrival). Our moto is that your holiday is more important than our own, and that is our total approach to your holiday with us. We believe that we have thought of all your holiday needs, but if you require any bolt ons do let us know. If we can we will, if we cannot we will let you know. The games room is full of videos, has both table tennis and table top football, but most importantly is somewhere the kids can chill, out of the sun and relax. The roof terrace offers a great platform to see the sea and toast any incoming holiday flights. We call this our ship! A stern full of bedrooms and a bow full of fun.

The house is located just minutes from the delightful little beach. Two doors down the road is our local restaurant owned and run by Lorenzo, good local fish and a memorable paella. Slip down the side lane and you are on the headlands, loads of walking, snorkeling, rock pools and diving experiences. We have two tennis centers, a couple of minutes drive away, and a family run supermarket is just 3 K’s up the road. Dad take note, the supermarket has a very quaint adjoining little bar, so carrying the bags is not such a drag. There is an 18 hole course on the island. We are about 30 minutes drive, so if you feel the need to compromise the family baggage allowance bring your clubs If you are good/bad enough to be able to play with strange clubs, the course offers a hire service. Cricket mad, bring your kit, the cricket club is a little bit of England in the Med'. They are always pleased to offer visitors the chance of a game, or just enjoy the game, good value bar & snacks.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Aside from your meet and greet and escort from the airport to the house, we offer a 'get you started' shopping service. We will send you a form with some suggested items but please this is not a challenge, we once had a client who shopped for the whole two weeks, or so it seemed. This is a complimentary service, all you pay for is what you have ordered. Prior to your holiday departure, we will send you our holiday Island book. This seems to grow every year, it is just us sharing the restaurants and other facilities we have found and are pleased to recommend to you. In the book are some of the art that little clients have sent us, and each year we run a competion to select the best/funniest piece. The prize is always a mystery!
  • How do i get my car? What do you care? John and Pat will meet you at the airport with car/s and escort you to the villa. Try not to laugh at the long queues of people at the airport waiting for their minibus to take them to the industrial estate to get their hire car.
    Unusually we provide pool towels on a use and launder basis. You use them you wash and leave them for the next clients. All house linen and toweling is provided, and for those on a two week stay we offer a mid holiday clean. Mums you deserve a break.
  • Upstairs we have a tots room. This is crammed with bears, rabbits, mooses, deers, children's furniture, paints, books and toddler videos and TV. NO ADULTS ALLOWED.
