Lovely Villa & Great Holiday

We went to Florida for the seventh time on 18th May 2013. This was the first time we've stayed in a villa and we weren't disappointed. The villa is very spacious, well decorated and has a lovely pool.
My party consisted of 5 adults and 2 young children and we all loved going in the private pool everyday. The villa is just as shown in the pictures.

There is a Publix supermarket just down the road and a little further a Wall-mart.

We ate out most nights and particularly like Golden Corral and CiCi's which are both only 10 minutes or so drive down the 192. We found two good Chinese restaurants, Buffet City and Ichaban both of which are on the 192 although at different ends.

The villa is a bit of a drive to the well known attractions if you use the 192 so I would recommend The Florida Turnpike $1.50 toll and Osceola Parkway $1.75 toll. Both are worth every cent.

The owner of this property, Graham, is a very nice helpful man who constantly kept in contact. Responding instantly to any questions we had.

We go to Florida every 2 or 3 years and are already looking at 2016. When we go again we hope to go to this villa.

Fantastic stay

We stayed here for the second time on the 31/8/12 for one week prior to our Caribbean cruise leaving from Miami.
Great place to stay the villa is exactly as it looks and described, plenty of space.
pool is a good size with choice of pool heat at an extra cost but at this time of year it wasnt needed!
The location of the villa was great with quick and easy access to the theme parks and the Florida turnpike.
Take your pick of places to eat we ate alot at the Golden Coral it was a buffet nothing fancy but it sure did fill you up!
The main supermarket we used was called PUBLIX and was only a few mins away by car, also next door one side a great nail bar and other side a liquor store that sold every flavour of vodka u can imagine (Smirnoff, water melon and strawberry vodka) went down very well :):)
Communication with the owner prior to both our stays was very good, always a quick response with any questions.
The only down side to the villa was we didnt have long enough there!!!!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in July/Aug 2012. This was our 4th holiday to Florida and we decided on a villa as our previous holidays had been hotel based close to International Drive within the confines of a hotel room. The villa is exactly as described and offers very spacious accomodation in a lovely setting.
Floridas turnpike is close by offering easy access to the theme parks [disney/universal/seaworld/aquatica etc] Alternatively there's the 192 though this takes a while longer due to successive traffic lights along the way. On this trip we made trips to Cocoa beach and Kennedy space centre and even drove down to Miami all easily accessible from the location [Miami is an 8 hour round trip by the way!]
Close by is East Lake Tohopekaliga with nice walks and seating areas and a splash pad to keep the children happy. There's even a small beach too and a restaurant. Supermarkets are nearby [Publix and Walmart].
The villa is perfect for a day off from the parks just fill up the fridge and have a day around the pool!
Attractions wise, give Gatorland a miss it's near, but once you've seen one alligator [even a white one] you've seen them all, save your money and your time for something else.
On arrival in Florida make sure you have currency for the road tolls [coins] as some of the toll booths are unmanned and offer no machines for exchanging notes for coins!
Prior to leaving and on our return the communications with the owner were first class and any questions we had were responded to immediately. I would recommend this villa without hesitation and have no complaints whatsoever and hopefully will use it again.

quiet relaxing week in July12

The owners were extreamly helpful through the booking process and they were very prompt with there replies. We had a nice week in the villa. There were only two of us in the the villa so it was a bit quiet but very relaxing. The villa was very handy to the airport but a little to far out from previous villas we have stayed in before. (but it was our choice and not a criticism of the villa). The villa would comfortably slept 8 and if tere was a cloud it would be a great holiday home.

The only negative we had was that the air conditioning was set to 78 degrees and could not be changed, it was to warm at night (for a hardy Scotsman) better used to the bracing north. Maybe the temperature could be changed in future.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your posative review. We understand if the villa was to warm for your taste that it would be uncomfortable. The air conditioning is able to be adjusted by the guest and I am sorry you were not aware of this. If at any time a guest needs help it takes just one phone call to the managing agent who will do their best to correct the problem or contact me for a decision.

we really enjoyed our stay at this villa. the pool is massive alot bigger than most pools in the orlando area we have rented before.
the villa is really nice and the beds are so comfortable and there is lots of wildlife to watch as well ducks, swans, cranes ect
the area is brill and if you use the toll roads you are at the theme parks in no time at all. alot quicker staying in this area than davenport area us27 where we normally stay as your not sitting in traffic. (tolls cost $1.50 each way )
there are 2 walmarts within a 5 min drive and only a 10/15min drive to the florida mall.
the owners are great to deal with and really good comunication.
just a short drive from the villa is the marina on the lake (sorry dont know the name ) but this is great area for walks and fishing. there is a restaurant there for seafood looks nice but didnt use it. you can watch all the boats on the lake and there is also a swimming area and childrens play park.

first class villa in a first class location and we will be booking again when we return to orlando.
