This is a stunning and unique Spanish villa designed exclusively for the holiday maker and set in a secluded location that offers total privacy. 30 - 40mins from VALENCIA' ,5 minutes from L'Alcudia and 10 minutes from Xativa with its buzzing nightlife. Private pool, private bar, BBQ area with separate kitchen amenities, extensive shaded and unshaded terraced area's all situated on on one level. With stunning scenery this villa offers everything you could wish for. The large 10 x 5 meter pool is extremely inviting and is maintained with soft oxygen which is far less irritating than chlorine and completely harmless to the skin. The bar is equipped with its own fridge to maintain ice cold drinks and also boasts a built in high quality music system. The balcony has a constant breeze and can offer a very welcome relief from the hot Spanish sun. The balcony area's which run around the villa also offer some privacy from the main pool area. The villa has been refurbished to a high standard.

El Borego, although set in the mountains is only a few hundred yards from a main road and just 5 minutes from it's local town, L'Alcudia de Crespins which has all essential amenities. Restaurants include Spanish, Chinese and Bulgarian which are extremely good value. ( From as little as 3 euros per head). Just a 10 minute drive will bring you to the historic town of Xativa and Xativa Castle. It has an abundance of nightlife with numerous bars restaurants that include traditional Spanish, Italian, Chinese as well as McDonalds and Kebab. Xativa is renowned for it's busy market and festivities which seem to go on most weekends in the summer. The villa is also just 10 minutes from the town of Enguera which also has most amenities and Enguera lakes which are a worthwhile visit. The nearest beaches, and there are several , (Tavernes, Cullera, Gandia ) are 30 - 40 mins drive. Cullera also has a very good water amusement park. The renowned Benidorm which has everything is approx 1 hr 30 mins.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure any booking a deposit of 250 pounds is required along with booking form. Balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday date, unless special arrangements are made direct with the owners. We require a 300 pound returnable security key deposit 6 weeks prior to holiday date.
    Please note our changeover dates are from Saturday to Saturday. This can be flexible please email for other times.
  • El Borego is a GREEN property and environmentally friendly. Utilizing the latest technology, this year we have installed a high spec computerized solar system which supplies all of it's general power needs. We offer air conditioning in the three large bedrooms but do have to limit it's use to 4 hours per night.. We and previous clients have found this more than ample and have found 1 -2 hours per night sufficient Fans are in every bedroom and can be used freely. The small single bedroom is provided with a fan only.
    The bar is for use of clients and is not stocked. It can be stocked and chilled if requested before arrival. Please contact via email or telephone to place an order. Alternatively on arrival you can purchase wines beers etc in local supermarket.
    We have three clothes airers in the utility area.
  • The property is situated within a fenced and secure area of 2,000 sq metres of rustic grounds.There is a furher surrounding area of 20,000 sq metres belonging to the property. There is ample secure parking within the grounds.
    There are many local amenities, shops restaurants and bars. L'Alcudia is a 5 minute drive where you can eat out for as little as 3 euros a head or if you prefer have a 5 course a la carte menu del dia for 14 euros a head. There are Spanish, Bulgarian and Chinese restaurants in L'Alcudia as well as a number of ice cream parlours.
    In Xativa, a 10 minute drive you will find most foods including:- McDonald, Kebab, Italian, Spanish, Chinese etc and a host of bars (some English/Irish). Mostly very good prices.
