Welcome to a great Executive downtown tower! Nestled in the heart of Down Town Vancouver, this luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1050 sq ft. executive suit boasts an amazing location, many amenities and one of a kind view! This downtown suite includes a king and queen size beds with luxurious bedding, hardwood floors, two flat screen LCD TV's (40'' TV in Master Bedroom), high end designer furnishings and amazing location.

Within the trendy Yaletown district and a half block off Granville St, take advantage of the Canada line (sky train) transportation system; just a 20 minute train ride and two block walk from doorstep to airport. This executive condo overlooks a full block of beautiful high end park space with dog park and children’s playground…..the park does provide some amazing people watching!!!
About Owner/Manager

I'm from Kelowna, a short 4 hour drive away from my place in Downtown Vancouver. I bought this place as an escape from my small city to the big city of Vancouver. I absolutely love getting away to this place, its got a great location, great view and is in an amazing part of the city! Why Owner/Manager chose Vancouver

Like I said before, I've always wanted to have a getaway place in the big city downtown Vancouver, and this is it! The location is central to everything in Vancouver, right downtown, two blocks from the Canada Line and only half a block from Granville street, the epi-center of Vancouver nightlife.

What makes this condo unique

The greatest pleasure of this location is people watching at the park. Just in front of the living room window is a full block of park with dog walk and children's playground. This location is so close to everything, with a Starbucks and foreign film movie theater located in building. There are many ethnic restaurants and even a dance studio within steps of the front door! It is impossible to be bored at this location!

There is one full block of park in front of the building and visible from the living room window. The older part of the park holds a historical water feature which runs the length of the park.

Fantastic accomadation

This is a fantastic place to stay if there are 4 women and an early morning wedding. 2 bathrooms is more then an asset. Location, resterants proximity to the venues we needed to be at.

My family stayed in this downtown condo for a week in August. Great location and easy access to Granville Island, Stanley Park, Gastown and other must see sights in Vancouver. Wonderful view from balcony and terrific windows for enjoying the lights of downtown.

Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Great kitchen, large TV in living room and master BR. Sofa big enough to sleep on comfortably for my 6'2" teenage son. Walking distance to great restuarants and activities.

After some initial miscommunication about arrival time and a delay getting access to the condo, the owner was quick to get involved and made it right. Also very prompt in returning security deposit and responsive to all email inquiries.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
