You can't beat the Red River Ski Resort views from this luxury cabin located just steps to Main Street and the River. Surround yourself in luxury and comfort. This custom home features beautiful architectural details, finishes, luxury furnishings and decor to make your visit unforgettable. You will love the open floor plan, vaulted aspen ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with wonderful ski slope views.

Watch the sunset over the mountains or the skiers coming down the slopes while snuggling up next to the stunning floor to ceiling river rock fireplace or just relax in the gorgeous living room with TV and DVD player.

Getaway in the first floor master suite with a fireplace, private patio, huge walk-in closet and a lovely full bathroom with separate vanity/dressing room area.

The 2nd floor boasts:

Bedroom 2 with queen bed, balcony, sofa, tv.

Bedroom 3 with queen bed

Loft: Large loft area with seating, the best ski slope views and a twin bed. (starting in the fall we will have a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2)

2 Car Garage: Convenient 2 car attached garage. Great place for ski's, loading and unloading luggage, groceries and wonderful when you don't have to clean the snow off your car in the morning.

Large Laundry Room: The huge first level laundry room boasts storage and a full size washer and dryer.

Step out on the wrap around deck and take in the scenery from the adorable rocking or fish chairs. We also have a large gas grill for cookouts. No traffic on this peaceful corner and the yard is huge with plenty of room for outdoor fun. Just 50 steps out the front door is the Red River. Fish, have a picnic, feed the ducks or just relax and listen to the soothing water as it flows to the Rio Grande.

We just purchased this cabin and it was left meticulously clean and with very little we needed to make it available and comfortable for up to 10 guests. On or before September we willing be adding a King log bed to replace the queen in master bedroom, new flat screen televisions for all of the bedrooms, larger flat screen for living room, queen sleeper sofas in living room and loft. As these items arrive they will be replaced and new pictures added to our VRBO listing.

For years our family has been coming to Red River from Ft. Worth, Texas to enjoy our vacations and now are able to share our home away from home with other families spending summers or winters in this lovely mountain town.

What makes this cabin unique

Location! Location! Location! Most homes in town are multi-level condo's or townhouses. This home is tucked away on a peaceful corner but walking distance to everything Red River offers. The cabin also has a first floor bedroom which we found hard to find but worth it when you have guests that don't like to climb stairs. The floor plan is perfect...prepare dinner and still be able to enjoy breathtaking views, keep an eye on the front yard, or simply be able to enjoy family and friends in the living room or dining room.

Amazing Rental

There were 5 of us staying at this property age ranging from 5 to 63 plus my dog. We all loved it. The pictures haven't been updated to show the larger bed in the Master. We were greeted by deer that ate out of my hand, seriously. The front yard was perfect for us to build snowmen. Beds were comfy, showers were warm, and it was in a great location. The rental company was a pleasure to deal with. We will rent this place again when we return next year!
