This small family duplex studio benefits from central heating, fully equipped kitchenette, double mattress on the top mezzanine level, small dining table and strolls, television on the lower level.

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 2 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and dryer located in the basement. The fully equipped bathroom has shower with WC, wash basin with mirror.

The property is situated within 5 minutes walk from Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster Gate Tube Stations, and within 5 minutes walking from Paddington mainline station with a 20 minute connection to Heathrow Airport).

Just across the road you can find the famous Hyde Park. Marble Arch is at 10-15 minutes away with the best place for shopping - the famous Oxford Street.
