This elegant Art Deco apartment was refurbished retaining many original features including the mirrored panelled doors, parquet flooring & beautiful cornices. It has an abundance of light streaming through the south facing windows and French doors which lead onto a sunny teak-decked terrace open to the South & West. The terrace has a beautiful view, 2 sunloungers & a 6-seater table. An awning pulls out for shade. Accommodation comprises: sitting/dining room with WiFi & 46” TV - all UK freeview channels, kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms w/King-size beds, 1 bedroom w/2 single beds, 1 bathroom & 1 shower room. The apartment is 95 m2 plus a 15 m2 terrace planted with Bougainvillia, Jasmine, and other plants. The building has a lift. Air conditioning & central heating means the apartment can be used all year round. There is free street parking or a pay garage nearby. No pets please. Not suitable for young children

The apartment is situated in the centre of Nice in one of the prime residential areas, away from the heavy traffic of the Promenade & other major routes, but still within easy walking distance of the beach & town centre. It is 6 mins walk to the beach and 13 mins to Place Magenta (the pedestrian centre). The old town, atmospheric, bustling by day, noisy by night, is a 25 minute stroll along the Promenade. Built by the English in Victorian times the wide Promenade with its palm trees is the most impressive in the Riveria. Just around the corner from the apartment you will find all the shops you need for your daily needs, as well as the pretty, 100 year old Jardins Alsace Lorraine. Buses from there will take you anywhere - direct to the airport, rail station or central Nice, or from the Promenade you can go to Cannes, Antibes, or to the main bus station. Bus travel is cheap, a one Euro fare is valid for most journeys up to 74 minutes including changes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is, in addition to the rates shown above, an end of let cleaning charge of 150 Euros, paid directly to our manager in cash in Nice. This charge includes 'meet and greet' on your arrival at the apartment, collection of keys and cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay and laundering of towels and linen. Our manager will also be available to help in case of any emergency.
  • A refundable security deposit is also due, and will be returned to you after the end of your stay less any deductions for breakages, careless damage or making good after accidental damage - normal wear and tear excepted. The security deposit is 300 pounds per week or part week.
  • The apartment should normally be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure - there is a left luggage facility at the main train station if your departure time from Nice is later in the day; the 23 bus will take you from the apartment to the station or from the station to airport terminal 1.
    Alternatively it may be possible, by special arrangement with our manager in Nice, to leave luggage at the apartment until later in the day.
    In the event of cancellation we will attempt to re-let your holiday dates. Any dates successfully let will then be refunded.

Beautiful period property with all mod cons

Have just returned from a six-night stay at this apartment. It is classy, spacious, luxurious and traditionally French, as well as having all the modern touches like FreeSat TV, air-con and internet access.

The location is less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach and yet far enough removed from the very busiest of the main tourist areas to make the neighbourhood quiet and conducive to an excellent night's sleep!

Everything in the apartment is of the highest quality and spotlessly clean, and I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone wanting a base from which to conveniently explore Nice.

Wonderful Apartment!

When I saw the photos online, I was almost afraid that when we got there, the apartment wouldn't live up to our expectations. If anything, it exceeded them!

Michael (meet & greet) was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. The apartment was in pristine condition and lots of small touches made for a very enjoyable stay - the champagne flutes certainly came in handy while sitting on the terrace in the evening time!

If we return to Nice, I would be more than happy to stay in this apartment again. It has everything going for it, good location, great facilities and a lovely living space. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and would go there tomorrow, if I could.

Authentic experience, in luxury

We LOVED the apartment, and staying there instead of a hotel made the experience much more authentic. The location is great and the decor is lovely, exactly as pictured. Watching the sun set from the terrace was a delight.
It was an easy walk to the Promenade and old town, and the Russian Cathedral was very close. Michael was a great help when we arrived, with lots of information and tips.
We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice Apartment

The stay at the Nice apartment was truly wonderful. The apartment itself is situated practically in the centre of the town with only a few minutes away from the beach. Amenities such as Café’s, parking, shops and supermarkets are situated at your doorstep (and often opened till late). Being in Nice also allows you to take a short drive to cities such as Monaco and Cannes whether it’s by car or bus.

The grand building of the flat still has all its original art deco features. It’s very well kept and the neighbors were a pleasure to talk to. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival and finished to a very high standard which made it even more a of a pleasure to stay at. Gadgets such as air-con in nearly every room, sat. T.V and Wi-Fi internet made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

As well as being very specious, the apartment holds a terrace with amazing views, which look out to the mountains, which surround the city.

The agents, Michael and Tracy were also very helpful, upon arrival they went through all the issues concerning the apartment, as well as giving us tips concerning where to go out etc.

If Nice is your holiday destination then I would very much recommend this apartment.
