----'Arcipressi' :'1400 ex monastery/ kloster in the Florence west country side (Scandicci area) - the monastery has been completely restored and divided in 6 HOUSES on 2 / 3 levels. houses are luxury restored with original materials and country style furniture ---- SLEEPS for maximum 6 person + TERRACE + GARDEN ---2 entry: one by car from garden and the second entry by foot from the central old courtyard (on the back side ). ---- MOTORWAY AIR DISTANCE is about 400 mt in the noth direction: you can hear some noise when north/est wind is blowing (but it is a rare wind here.: we usually have south or soutwest wind cooming from the country hills .) -More houses pictures and prices can be sent on REQUEST....

Only 6 km from the next motorway, 8 from the airport, You don't need the car, you can quickly (20/25 minutes) reach the historical center by bicycle or by the new 'tramvia', or buy bus (600m)....You can easily reach Arno river and walk along it until the historical center or through Cascine park (45 minutes / 1 hour). Motorway is 300m far from property: a bit of noise only with north wind - here is an unusual wind: sometimes in February or on very cold days....Typical wind here is 'mistral' from west or 'scirocco' from south...
