The villa has been recently refurbished and is in immaculate condition. Situated in the quiet location of Ladera del Mar, it overlooks the sea and is only a 5 min drive to the bustling seaside town of Nerja. Within the community is a swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. With the new motorway now completed iit takes only 45 mins direct from Malaga airport to reach the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a flat screen TV with Sky digital package. There is also a computer with A.D.S.L. connection. Ladera del Mar is well known for its tranquil location.

The town of Nerja is only 5 mins drive, as also the mountain village Frigiliana. Nerja has 5 beaches in total and the least spoiled is only a 3mins drive from the villa. Many restaurants with ample parking are located on the beach.
