Park View gets its name being directly opposite the park which is a world on its own with dog walkers, children playing in their own play area with swings etc football matches basketball dog training........locally there is a small parade with every service you might need....hairdressers doctors dentist vet chemist post office store Chinese & Indian take away oh and a shop selling collectors' model houses! The inside is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with everything you may need to relax to....music system and /tv/dvd/video/freeview, board games, cd's, dvd's, videos (especially children's) and free wireless broadband. Outside there is a secure sunny south facing rear lawned garden with patio table and chairs for eating al fresco and 3 diddy cars for the adults and children to argue over! No smoking policy only in the garden and patio.
