Property in absolutely unique location, just some stairs from the Cala Vadella beach (without having to cross any car roads). Ideal for families with kids looking for a unique experience. It is a detached single family house with two storeys. On the top floor there is a living room, fully equiped kitchen, toilette and dining terrace all of it with stunning views over Cala Vadella and a lot of light. On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each which have direct access to the garden/pool area.These two bedrooms share one bathroom. The main bedroom has an in suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi. On this bottom floor there is a large terrace/garden and a private pool of 3x8m. Stunning views of Cala Vadella can be appreciated from the pool, garden and single bedrooms (children at the beach can be watched from home!) Direct stairs to the beach depart from the garden/pool area. It has private parking, air conditioning, and barbecue.

Cala Vadella is located within the San Jose municipality and it is sorrounded by the best beaches in Ibiza. Within 5-10min drive one can get to Cala Carbo, Cala Bassa, Cala d'Hort (with fantastic Es Vedra) and Cala Moli. Cala Vadella (and 3 min walking distance from the villa), has all amenities needed to enjoy a car free holiday. Within the same beach there are different restaurants, supermarket, press kiosk, a ibiza clothes store and a hotel with internet and other amenities. Cala Vadella is very well protected from wind, so that the water is always calm and very safe for children. Cala Vadella allows you to enjoy the peace of the beach while having all your needs covered.

Desde hace varios años viajamos una semana alquilando una villa en alguna zona tranquila y de costa. Esta villa cumple las caracteristicas que promete. Esta muy cerca de las mejores calas de Ibiza, pero conservando la tranquilidad. El poder bajar andando a la cala por unas pocas escaleras o ver a tus hijos en la playa mientras estas en la piscina supone una gran tranquilidad. Es recomendable

This is a lovely villa in a stunning position. This villa has all the amenities required and Calla Vadella is a beautiful beach location. We can definitely recommend Cana Sofia – an excellent restaurant on the beach. We found some of the island a little run down in places, but this did not detract from our holiday. The owner organised for someone to meet us at the airport to direct us to the villa, which was greatly appreciated.

We would happily recommend this villa and this area of Ibiza.
