2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,300 sf townhome, end unit with high ceilings on golf course in gated destination resort with all amenities including three -9 hole par 34 golf courses, tennis courts, pools, fitness center, hotel and restaurant all within a walking distance. Close by are the Empire Polo Club and Fantasy Casino with weekly shows. Unit is not availble during the Coachella music festival in April.
About Peter Garan

Unit is owned by European couple tastefuly decorated and kept in neat condition.
