This beautiful 4 bed 3 bath villa boasts exceptional furnishings throughout. The highest quality in linens, mattresses and appliances, this villa has it all at a super prices. Large rooms with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan and tile floors. Two master suites will flat screen cable tv. The living area has a 50 inch plasma tv with dvd player, perfect for watching movies after a day at the parks. Dining comfortably for 12 and a breakfast bar to enjoy during those early mornings. Full eat in kitchen complete with all appliances to entertain your group. This villa has a very nice game room with billiards, playstation 2 and foosball, enjoy this room free included in your nightly rental. In the back of the home is a refreshing in ground pool screened in, south facing and abutting conservation land! Also included free of charge, wireless internet! All of this located in Aviana Resort, an oasis of swaying palms. Also included in your rental rate are the clubhouse amenities !!!
