Located in the heart of the the Upper West Side, steps from Central Park, this is a large, recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with luxury finishes. Our apartment is nice and open and spacious. It is light filled, has high ceilings, big rooms, brand new, updated kitchen with eat-in area, plenty of storage space, hardwood floors and brand new comfortable furniture in each room. It is artistically decorated and provides a haven of peace, lacking clutter and an overcrowded feeling.
It can sleep 5 in beds and another 3 on the floor. There are four air conditioners in the apartment and large windows and large closets. It has three bedrooms - one bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twin beds and the smallest bedroom as one twin bed. The building is nice: pre-war, laundry in the building in the basement, doorman, elevator, steps from main subway lines.
There is a dining area for 8. The modern kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances including microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cooking range and is stocked with pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, serving dishes and silverware. High speed wireless internet, flat screen TV, air conditioning and heat are provided free of charge. The apartment is kept cleaned by a professional cleaning service. We typically leave a small welcome care package for our guests. We also have some information on interesting things to do in NYC that you are welcome to use during your stay.
The Upper West Side has historic and beautiful buildings and is home to very interesting museums, beautiful parks, upscale and regular shopping, unique restaurants, and entertainment. Between Amsterdam and Broadway, this apartment is a few blocks to Central Park, and Riverside Park, steps to The Museum of Natural History and Children's Museum of Manhattan, and a short subway ride to key attractions such as Grand Central Station, Top of the Rock, Times Square, Soho, Lincoln Center, Empire State Building, World Trade Memorial, Museums, and more. We are a few blocks from the famous Cafe Lalo. The cross town bus can be used to visit the interesting Upper East Side, home to the Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheum, MOMA and other attractions. The apartment is steps away from the subway stop with subway 1 and a few blocks from subways B/C and is convenient to many sites and attractions of the city. Truly appropriate for a wide variety of profiles that include families, tourists, visitors, students, professionals and elderly couples.
Our apartment is a few blocks from Central Park as well as from Riverside Park. We are less than 2 blocks from the Natural History Museum, close to the Children's Museum of Manhattan There are plenty of museums, restaurants, theaters, and other activities to do very close by. We are surrounded by beautiful pre-war buildings.
