Brand new, two bedrooms, one bath, single level corner unit in a fourplex with private door and intercom system. Brand new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliance, indoor laundry, large private patio, fully furnished with king size bed in one room and two single

beds in second bedroom.

Location

This home is located in the most desirable neighborhoods of La Jolla, just steps away from La Jolla shores beach, shops, restaurants and beautiful Kellogg park.

The home is roomy and very comfortable, and fully furnished. The living room is large and graciously appointed with a large leather sofa and comfortable armchairs. Tile planks throughout the living room and bed rooms. There is a TV with wireless internet access.
About Laleh

Residents of La Jolla Shores for 20 years, very active in community, member of La Jolla Beach & Tennis club. We live in the shores because we are by the best beach in La Jolla for all water activities, great restaurants and easy access to everywhere. We walk to La Jolla Cove & the village, we hike up the blacks beach & enjoy the beach

We just got back from our LaJolla vacation. We loved our condo and the accomodations. Everthing is new and it was tastefully furnished. It must have been recently remodeled. The location is incredible. We were steps to the ocean, great restaurants and some really cool surf shops. You really can't beat the location! Great for a small family or two couples to share. We will be back again!

This place is quaint, cozy, a block from the beach with many shops and restaurants nearby. Owner is easy to deal with and responsive. We had a great time with many fun memories for us and the kids.

My husband and I, took our kids, for a vacation in La Jolla and stayed at this charming apartment.
It is so close to beach, we walked, to beach and dinned at the restaurants. Highly recommend it.
