The generous planned residence was built in an elegant Mediterranean style and consists of 11 luxurious villas, 5 of them with private pool, and several apartment buildings. The large pool area with snack-bar and children playground is the centre of Residence Skiper. Nearby an exquisite restaurant with panoramic veranda offers typical Istrian and Italian cuisine. The villa has its own carport. During summer time a small supermarket provides the guests with food and useful articles. Little paths and steps are leading through flourishing vegetation and palms down to the shore. A large rocky platform invites you for sunbathing or swimming in the Adriatic. The villa lies in marvellous position above the sea with sun-bathing deck and living spaces of 130 m² each for luxury comfort. Enjoy real relaxation at your own private heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi under the open sky and a marvellous terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea.
