The home is located on the west side of Burney. You can walk to the creek to go trout fishing, or walk to the movie theater to catch the latest new movie. The home is in walking distance of the local restaurants, shopping and the coffee shop. The Pit River Casino is located 4 blocks from the home. There are also local parks and a community pool. It is a great home for families, fisherman, hunters, golfers, etc.

It is located 15 to 30 minutes away from the local recreational activities. 15 minutes away from Burney Falls Memorial State Park. Golf at the Fall River Golf Course. Fishing at Lake Britton, Baum Lake, Hat Creek, or the famous Fall River for flyfishing. These are just a few of the places to see and do. There are many more located in the surrounding area for the adventurest.

The home provides modern conveniences. The home has a basement with a full size pool table, with a half bath, and a full size safe provided for your personal effects. The main floor has a kitchen, livingroom(sofa sleeper), masterbedroom, and full bath. The upstairs has 2 full size beds and a twin bed. There is a covered patio area with barbeque and table area to enjoy your meal outside. We hope that you will come and enjoy our home as we did for so many years.

We have lived in the home for 18 years remodeling the home from the ground up, adding in a full basement, and personal touches.

The home is located in town close to shopping, but you can drive 5 miles and be in the woods or fishing on a lake.
