  • *The minimal stay is of seven nights. Even if you should leave earlier, we would invoice you the full amount for seven nights.
    *You confirm your reservation by paying 25% of the total reservation price. The rest of the payment must be realized after receiving the keys for the apartment.
    *In case of cancellation, the 25% reservation fee will not be paid back.
    Check-in must take place between 12:00 and 22:00 o’clock.
    *The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is responsibility of the client (you will find all necessary cleaning products and tools in the apartment).
    *If the client causes damages to the apartment or the belonging equipment, he will have to pay for the damage before leaving the apartment.
    *You should transfer the price of the reservation via Paypal using the accounts and addresses we provided you in our e-mail.
    *After the payment arrives in our bank accounts, we will send you a final confirmation
