If you are looking for a place enough away from urban noise but close to it´s attraction, or a place for a truthful enjoy in Croatia's Dalmatian coast beauty and clear sea then you've come to the right place for your holidays in Croatia. The beach is 100 m away from the villa. Our family villa provides accommodation in unique apartments, to be more precise entire floors of the villa for rent. It is situated in Podstrana, residential/tourism area 6Km south of the ancient town of Split.

The middle floor of the villa is consisted of one exclusive presidental size apartment (130 m2) with a separate entrance, ideal for superior acommodation of families or grops up to 6 persons. It is also a whole floor of the villa only for you, exclusive in comfort and design. Everything you might need on your holiday is here (from a fully equipped kitchen to a big 5 seater sofa with a big 42' lcd and a home cinema system) so you are at once ready to enjoy. I don't have to mention that a fantastic view from the balcony is includeed here too. There is also a garage parking place optional for this apartment. * Bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap, water, electricity, air conditioning, child bed and child chair, final cleaning and Wireless broadband Internet connection are included in the price.

Because of its central position, PODSTRANA is ideal for excursions to surrounding towns and the islands. Podstrana has an old part of the village situated in the mountains with a splendid view of the whole area, most worth visiting. The beach is along the coastilne 7km, the sea is often calm, clear and most of all children friendly and suitabile for swimming. Various activities are available like sailing, water skiing, watersports, diving, volleyball, tennis, speedboat hiring etc.. The nightlife is in Split, cafes, bars and cultural events in the 1700 year old Roman palace that is now the center of Split.

relaxed holiday

We (3 adults and 4 children between 3 and 15 years) had a very nice and relaxed holiday in this apartment. The apartment itself is very beautiful has enough place for at least 6 to 7 people. Because of the big living area (open kitchen and eating place and living room) children and their parents are able to find places to relax and play.
The owners are very nice and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a lift bag.
The apartment is close to split so it ist possible to go by bus (5 minutes to the busstation) and have a nice day in split.
To the beach it also takes you about 5 minutes and a little bit longer home because of the small hill.
The bakery is close, so you can have fresh bread and sweets for breakfast.
The next sandbeach is in Duce which takes you about 20 minutes by car or bus.
