1 Bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, close to all the amenities. INTERNET CONNECTION!. Up to 5. Bathroom & kitchen fully equipped, very nice & comfortable. The superb location allows to discover Seville and know the people and the character of a typical neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance to the principal monuments, like the Cathedral, the Giralda, Golden Tower Tower, Santa Cruz Quarters, Guadalquivir river, Triana, etc. The apartments are surrounded by little nice squares & churches. You can find all types of local shops, restaurants. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping district, Sierpes & Tetuan street.. Our aim is to ensure you have a great stay. The apartment is located right opposite the Fine Arts Museum Square. The neighborhood surrounding the Museum of Fine Arts is one of the most typical quarters in Seville, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides with a perfect insight of every day life in Seville, offering a more authentic Seville without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights.Guests are less than one minute from the Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes), and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana, Sierpes, Tetuan-shopping district. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz quarter are approximately 10 minutes walk. It’s a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, the Guadalquivir River and Triana district. Also near the theme park Isla Magica. The trendy and bohemian part of the city, La Alameda de Hercules, known for the great amount of open air terraces, new restaurants, gay-friendly pubs, etc., is just 8 min WALK.

i have visited many cities and seville was brilliant! this apartment is really nice and comfortable. fully equiped and a very typical building. It is quiet and very near all the the main monuments. everything is walking distance as Lidia told us. The people that assisted us helped us in every moment. THey live next street so it is very easy in case any problem

This is a very well located apartment, the owners were very helpful and friendly and arrival/departure was straightforward. I would mention however that it is much smaller than the 70m2 stated in the listing. Overall a good experience
