Photos and Description of the Victoria vacation rental 2 Bedroom apartment, sleeps 4 in Hampton a Bayside suburb 20 min from Melbourne

Situated in a quiet, safe, tree lined, one way street, this ground floor apartment with easy access has an attractive, well lit secure garden with entertaining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite which can also be used by the second bedroom. The second bedroom has sliding doors leading onto a small seating area with table and chairs separate from the main outdoor entertaining area. There is a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and all other necessary requirements. There is also an outdoor drying area if preferred. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe and shelf space. Flat screen televisions are wall mounted in both bedrooms. The kitchen has Caesar stone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave oven and more than ample crockery, glassware and cutlery. A large Plasma television, DVD and Stereo are in family room with a dining table and seating area for 4 guests. Heating and cooling, Secure entry system and basement car parking for one car are also available.

Hampton is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, 14kms south east of the CBD. It is located in a wealthy bay side area of Melbourne and is between the suburbs of Sandringham and Brighton. Hampton has a vibrant shopping center along the main road Hampton Street, boasting many cafes, restaurants and fashionable boutiques. There is a train station with direct link to the city, a major football club, Aussie Rules team, cricket club, Angling and Sailing club. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of all the above amenities.
