About Audrey Howatson and Tom Nimchuk
We both grew up in Vancouver, BC and live only 4 blocks from this property. Although we both spent time living in the US and Asia and did extensive traveling, we both wanted to return to our favorite metropolitan city to live in. We live only 4 short blocks from this garden suite and just love being in the center of everything and being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, sports game or lounge while offering space where we could safely bring up our beautiful baby girl.
Audrey Howatson and Tom Nimchuk purchased this condo in 2003
