The owner, now a widow, bought the property with her husband as first owners in The Shores, anticipating it as a retirement home. They lived there very happily their last decade together, until the husband was called to the 'happy hunting ground' and the widow no longer able to live independently.

Coronado is a jewel of a town. The couple used to vacation there and stay at the Hotel del Coronado (The Del). They were members of the Coronado Yacht Club, just across the street, where the husband raced his sail boat. The couple were avid tennis players, and The Shores has an active and social tennis program, which the couple quite enjoyed.
The 3rd floor level makes friendly views and the corner position allows cross ventilation and more enjoyment of an outdoor feel even when you're inside.

MINIMUM STAY IS ONE MONTH.
Lease is by-month, from the afternoon of the first to the morning of the last day. For the monthly rate, multiply the daily rate by 30.
Commitment deposit of $3,000 due on signing lease.
Commitment deposit becomes security deposit.
Monthly lease payment due on first of month.
