A light and spacious house in a great location, with lovely walks from the front and back doors, birds, a garden and masses of trip options. Open fire, piano and a range of evening entertainments. 12 Heath View is a quiet, comfortable semi-detached period property on the edge of the small village of Westleton in Suffolk, which has a green, shop cum Post Office, 2 pubs, and a fairly famous second-hand book shop. Across the road from the house is RSPB land, with nightingales sometimes making it hard to sleep in April and May. Footpaths across the heath lead to Minsmere (45 mins walk), Dunwich (30 mins walk), Southwold (2 hours) etc.. The area is perfect for birdwatching, walking, and cycling. There are concerts (Snape Maltings), crabbing (Walberswick), boating (Southwold, Orford), pretty coastal towns with individual shops and galleries, and some of the best fish and chips in England (Dunwich, Aldeburgh)! The village has 2 pubs.
