My penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, which sleeps 4 people. There is a sofa bed which will sleep two more people. There is galley kitchen, with a fridge freezer, a washing machine and a cooker with a hob. Their are ironing facilities and chairs and parasol and table for sitting on the terrace. There are also lights on the terrace if you want to stay out having a meal and drink during the evening. Manilva Beach has a gate entrance, and 2 lifts. There is also a property manager to hand to meet and greet. There is a large swimming pool available only to residents and holiday makers with a children's pool next to it. You can hire a car locally, or get a taxi. There is a bus service that runs to Duquesa, El Castillo Sabinillas and Manilva the old town in the hills every hour. It takes only 5 minutes by car to get to Peurta Dequesa and a few more minutes to get to Sabinillas. You can easily visit Sotogrande or Gibraltar to the South.

Location: Manilva < Costa del Sol - Malaga < Spain

Car: necessary
Manilva has a stunning coastal view, there are picturesque hills and the seafront is just about 500 metres away. There is a small local castle and a light house nearby. Dequesa golf is 5 minutes away. There is a very good road that provides easy access to the local amenities. If you are after a bank, supermarket, bar, internet cafe they are all too hand in Dequesa and Sabinnillas. Should you want to experience real traditional Spain, you can take a trip to Manilva in the Hills. Sotogrande famous for polo is about 20 minutes away. Gibraltar is 30 minutes away maximum. Peurto Banus (for the rich and famous) is within easy access, with a vist to the Cortes Ingles shopping centre well worth a visit. If you are after nightlife Estopona can also be visited, as well as many other towns like Marbella, and Calahonda.
