Five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms built into hillside with incredible views of the port of Mahon and mouth of the harbour. Main living area consists of living room, kitchen, utility room, study and dining area with extensive terrace and large BBQ. Upper level has four bedrooms all en-suite with satellite TV, telephones, intercom and individual controlled air-conditioning throughout. The lower level has double bedroom with en-suite, games & fitness room, family entertainment room and billiard table. The villa has a six-person lift providing access to first two levels from the garage. The 'infinity' 14m. pool area includes a heated jacuzzi where one has the sensation of swimming into the waters of the harbour. There is also outside shower and further changing and utility area and quality sun loungers. The elevated position just metres from the water's edge of Mahon and nearby moorings makes it a perfect retreat for those seeking quality and unique surroundings & unbeatable vista.

Sant Antoni and Cala Llonga are exclusive and sought-after areas of private villas nestling on low hills on the north shore of Mahon harbour and are home to some of the largest and prestigious villas. Cala llonga now has its own supermarket which offers a delivery service. The nearest bars and restaurants are in Mahon; its port and marina are 5-10 minutes by car. The nearest beach is the lovely sandy cove of Sa Mesquida, five minutes by car. It is also a perfect retreat for those seeking access to the water for boating and there are moorings available five minutes walk from the villa.
