This detached 3 bedroom villa is situated in Els Poblets with a 400m walk to the sea. It is just along the Las Marinas Road into Denia where there are many quaint backstreets and busy fishing port. There are numerous sandy and shingle beaches along the way. The villa has its own private swimming pool with shady spots and sunbathing areas and is perfect for an away from it all family holiday. The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, bath, double sinks and toilet. 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. All bed linen is provided. The lounge has comfy sofas, satalite TV, DVD Player. Supermarkets are nearby. The area all around is full of orange and lemon groves. Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m.

With 30 Minutes Drive you have Benidorm with many attractions including water park & theme park along the route there are many more resorts including waterfalls.

GOLF INFORMATION/ BOWLS: There are some superb golf courses in the area. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf course is about a 10 minute drive with excellent facilities including resturant and swimming pool, lounge bar, motorized trolleys. Approx 15 minute drive we have the Oliva Nova Golf Club which was designed by Seve Ballesteros again with excellant facilities. Approx 25 minutes drive we have Javea Golf Club In Javea/Xabia we have a bowls club which is has a very friendly atmosphere.
