Bedding Arrangement
The two master bedrooms are on the gulf (one on the second floor and one on the third floor) and both have king beds.
The guest bedroom on the second floor has two sets of bunks with full beds on the bottom bunks and twin beds on the top.
The other guest bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed and a quiet seating area.
Each bedroom has its own, private full bathroom. And the master bathrooms have a large tub and separate stand-up shower.
Each master bedroom has its own private, gulf-facing balcony to enjoy our miraculous sunsets.
Other details:
* non-smoking. No smoking inside or on the back patio deck.
* two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the townhome.
* This is a second home that is used by the owners the same as our guests, so we ask that everyone treat it like their home!
* Located on the quiet west-end of Panama City Beach, just about 1.5 miles west of Highway 79. The ground floor features a very large, open living area with extremely tall 10' ceilings and a spectacular view of the gulf.
In addition to a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances, there is a cozy wine bar with mini fridge to keep the drinks cool.
And for you video gamers, we have a Wii - so bring your favorite games!
This luxury town-home has only been rented out for ONE season ever! We have designed every aspect of the decor to reflect the luxury lifestyle you're used to, and there is plenty of room for everyone whether you're a large family, a couple smaller families or a small group.
The back deck overlooking the gulf is large and features comfortable seating and places you just steps from our sugar white sand. Just around the corner is a small private pool that you share with just five other tenants.
