Luxurious country house fully restored in old Italian style, nestled in olive groves and vineyards this accomodation offers all the comforts with a spacious central living/dining area with adjoining a fully equipped kitchen & large balcony overlooking the pool. For those staying in the colder months there is also an open log burning fire and to rest in a warm atmosphere a comfortable sofa. Leading off the living area the 3 stylish bedrooms are all equipped with wardrobes, television and en-suite shower rooms. Outside the landscaped garden with outdoor toys for kids,an eating Rea with BBQ and a nice covered round table and seats where to taste a good grilled Italian meat or fish to be joint with our hand made red or white wine, offers views of the surrounding farms & hilltop villages. The swimming pool and separate outdoor hot tub has a large area for relaxing equipped with umbrellas for the shade and deck-chairs. The private covered parking area is directly outside the accomodation.

il casale di Aurora is situated a few kilometres from the edge of Sibillini national park where many outdoor activities are available such as,mountain biking ,hill walking,birdwatching,kayaking,climbing,paragliding and skiing during winter season.The country house is in a really sunny position and only at 30 minutes driving from our most famous beaches such as Conero peninsula,Civitanova marche,San benedetto del tronto (palm trees beach). Is at 15 minutes driving from Macerata where an open air (sferisterio) opera is available during summer season and few kilometres from Loreto Church and just near Urbis Salvia where are rest of the Roman Empire.At 40 minutes driving there are' Frasassi caves' to visit.If you want just to enjoy in Colmurano,we have nice horses to ride in our green and peaceful country land and for those who want just to relax,in the accommodation is available a spa with Turkish bath,sauna,hydromassage and massages on booking.Golf courses are available at few minutes

Notes: beautiful landscaped garden with large fenced pool (10x5 metres) on two levels, one for kids.large area for relaxing with umbrellas for shade and deck-chairs , stereo system and separate hot tub for 4 persons. there is ample space for children to play ,there is a swing and slide ,bagatelle table and other games. 3 good natured horses to visit or to ride for lovers and beginners. mountain bikes to rent to discover our beautiful countries and a spa to relax with sauna, Turkish bath, foot- massage ,hydro massage and massages on booking.

A beautiful country house in an excellent location

Michela and Massimo. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. We came to Marche to find a home for ourselves and you helped us in every possible way. The accommodation was private but you made us feel like part of the family. The rooms are beautiful and clean with good attention to detail. All the facilities we expect at home and the beautiful roof-top balcony for breakfast and evening drinks was wonderful.
Thank you also for the delicious dinner you provided with home-made wine and Mistra!
A very relaxing location with a wonderful swimming pool and horse riding available - we didn't want to leave!
Colmurano is in a beautiful and central location for touring the mountains and the coast. We have now realised that Marche is more beautiful than we imagined and having toured around other parts of Italy we have decided to concentrate our property hunt on Marche.
Thanks again and if you know of any more wonderful restaurants like the ones you recommended then please let us know.

A dream came true in Colmurano

Na een klein uurtje rijden vanaf het vliegveld van Ancona kwamen we aan in de oase van rust aan de rand van het idyllische plaatsje Colmurano. De enorme gastvrijheid van Michela en Massimo Smerilli was hartverwarmend en exact afgestemd op onze behoeftes. Het authentieke country huis ligt tegen een heuvel en is prima onderhouden en van alle luxe voorzien. Het privé zwembad brengt de juiste verkoeling en de rust en het uizicht zorgen voor het juiste vakantiegevoel. De zee ligt op een afstand van een halfuurtje rijden en het prachtige veelzijdige “Le Marche” is prima met een huurauto te verkennen. Elk dorpje is uniek en heeft altijd een restaurantje waar passie voor het eten nog de normaalste zaak is. Een zalige vakantie op een prachtige plek, bij een warme familie: voor herhaling vatbaar! Erg aan te bevelen voor families die van rust, ruimte, ontspanning en inspanning, ontdekken en genieten houden.

After a small hour drive from the airport of Ancona, we came to the oasis of calm to the edge of the idyllic village Colmurano. The great hospitality of Michela and Massimo Smerilli was heartening and exactly aligned with our needs. The authentic country house is against a hill, is very well maintained and fitted with all the luxury. The private swimming pool shall inform the appropriate disaffection and the silence and view provide for the right holiday feeling. The sea is at a distance of a 30 min. driving, and the wonderful versatile "Le Marche" is good to explore with a rental car. Each village is unique and has always a small restaurant where passion for the food is still common. A blissful vacation on a beautiful place, with a warm family: again! Highly recommended for families who enjoy rest, space, games, and effort and discovering.
