Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a modern and high standard. The Master bedroom has superking bed, en-suite with garden tub, walk-in shower and separate WC. two further bedrooms have king size double and twin beds respectively. The villa has two lounge areas, a formal dining area, fully fitted kitchen, casual dining area and utility area with washer and dryer. Patio doors from the lounge and mater bedroom lead to the covered pool and patio area. the pool area looks across a small lake and is a perfect place to watch Herons, Turtles, and ducks. Located in Country Creek Estates the Villa is close (10-15 minutes) drive from all major attractions and within walking distance of 24-hour Wal-Mart store. With digital cable TV, DVD player, CD with ipod dock, high speed internet, and free local and UK calls you can keep up to date with world news chat to friends or simply relax in the Villa. We provide all linen and towels, Games area, pool, darts & TV

Contry Creek is located off Bass Road, near highway 192. All major attractions, Disney World, Universal Orlando and Sea World are close by and the 192 offers a selection a international restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.There is a 24 hour Wal-Mart only a short drive, or for the more energetic a pleasant walk away. The nearby Lake Toho is an ideal place to take an airboat ride or arrange a fishing trip. Old Town home of the classic bike and car cruise nights is close by and makes for a great night out. For a more relaxed atmosphere there is celebration and for the more adventurous you can choose between Down Town Disney, Universal City Walk, International Drive or Down Town Orlando. Want to Shop till you Drop then choose from three outlet malls, & two excellent shopping malls. For the bargain hunters Kissimmee has several flee markets and you will find outlet shops for Nike, Reebok etc as you drive down the 192.In Florida their really is something for everyone and free sunshine

  • Please contact for discounted rates, which are available on bookings of 4 weeks or more, further discounts available for Snow Bird Bookings from £250 per week, over 1 month stay.
    A deposit of £100 secures the booking.
    The balance, along with a refundable security deposit of £200, is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Prices quoted are £385.00 per week and £60.00 per day and include all utilities, cleaning fees and State and Tourist Taxes.
    Pool heat, which is available on request, is charged at £15.00 per day. Paid Locally
    Euros and American dollars are accepted by cheque, cash or bank transfer
    N.B Rental periods of less than 7 days will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $80 at the time of booking
  • Last Minute Rates: are updated regularly and include all normal facilities at a last minute discount. Full payment will be required when booking Last minute and a refundable security deposit of £200 will be charged. The last minte rates include all utilities, cleaning fees and State and Tourist Taxes.

The Villa offers ample parking with double garage, and double width driveway. The lounge areas are both furnished to a high standard one being a quite area ideal for reading and relaxing the other a more family based area with CD, DVD, and cable. The whole villa has wireless internet and you can call both locally and to the UK for FREE. Should you have any problems our property manager is only a phone call away. We have a large selection of books and DVD's information on local restaurants, airline contact details,. and emergency numbers for medical centres, Police, Fire and ambulance. The Villa is fully insured for USA as a short term rental property and complies to all Florida State Law

Shop Till You Drop: With three outlet malls and two huge shopping malls numerous flea markets, gift shops, and factory stores a bargain is never far away. The Prime and Premium outlet malls are a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. They offer a wide range of designer outlet stores with Boss, Armani, Versace and all of the sports brands. A visit to one of these malls is a full day and you even get a map. The Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia offer a different experience with dining, entertainment and famous stores like Macy.s JC Penny & Sears. Again a full day trip and Map required The flea markets are great for souvenirs, novelty gifts and cheap beach towels
